Ragnarok: The Chronicles

Once upon a time, in a world where gods of Greek mythology reign supreme, mankind was on the brink of extinction. For centuries, humans had waged war against each other, causing death and destruction on an unprecedented scale. Finally, the gods decided that enough was enough and that humanity had to be wiped out.

But the Goddess of Mischief, Aite, had other plans. She believed that humans deserved one last chance to prove their worth and proposed the idea of a tournament to the gods. The tournament of Ragnarok would pit humanity against the gods in a trial to determine their worth. If they emerged victorious, they would be spared. But if they failed, the gods would carry out their plan to destroy mankind.

Despite some opposition from the other gods, Aite's proposal was eventually accepted. The tournament was set up, and three characters from different parts of the world were teleported & chosen to represent humanity.
